Day 2 - Stamford to Peterborough

31st March 2008.
16 miles (plus 3 miles return trip, home to the train station).
A saunter through the Burghley Estate, following the old roman road Ermine Street, then through Sacrewell Farm to join the River Nene at Wansford. Initially walking alongside the old Nene Valley Railway track, the walk then follows the Nene into Peterborough via The Boardwalks local nature reserve.
